Bulgaria Residency by Investment

The Bulgaria Residency by Investment Program offers a structured pathway to permanent residency through qualifying financial investments.

By investing in approved funds or companies, applicants can secure long-term residency with access to business, lifestyle, and European opportunities.

About the Program

Bulgaria provides a permanent residency pathway for investors through regulated financial instruments.

Applicants can obtain residency by investing in approved options such as investment funds, collective schemes, or qualifying Bulgarian companies.

The residency card is issued for five years and is renewable, while permanent residency status itself is maintained as long as the investment is held.

Located at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, Bulgaria offers a strategic position, competitive taxation, and a cost-efficient business environment.
